How to Return an Item

Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Use the prepaid return label we provide (UK returns only) or ship via your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a Different Size or Color?

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Simply follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like. We'll prioritize processing your new order once we receive your return.

Express Exchange: For faster service, you can place a new order immediately and return the original item separately. Contact us to waive shipping fees on the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Underwear and swimwear (unless unopened in original packaging)
